The location to the White Mountains and North Conway shopping is the best reason to stay here.The free buffet breakfast is a welcome bonus and the all-day coffee is great. Even though it was a crowded Memorial Day weekend, the hotel did an amazing job keeping up with the busy breakfast area.We even saw a nice moment when one of the breakfast staff went out of her way to help an elderly veteran with his breakfast, bringing his coffee and food to his table. The staff was super friendly and the hotel parking lot is very well lit at night. From the hotel, you can drive north on Route 302 and you are at the base of Mt Washington in about 35 minutes. Bring a bathing suit to enjoy the water park which has extended hours, and seems to be the place to bring the kids for a fun time, with several water slides.

The smell of the chlorine from the indoor water park is strong at times in the hallway area.

Everything was superb-staff,rooms,breakfast,pool.

Uncomfortable matress

The rooms were nice and clean. Good breakfast options. Loved the Jack-n-Jill style rooms.

I didn't like that one of the staff members didn't know how to accept payment from a 3rd party booking site. We had to wait until the next day which was ok, but caused some unwanted stress.

Hotel staff & hotel itself went above & beyond again

1 couple who was above our room who thought it was OK to be rude, cried, nasty, noisy all the time.

The room was spacious and bright. The water park was well kept and monitored. The staff were all super nice.

The dirty towels sitting outside someone's room all weekend. The windows were unlocked when we first got into our 4th floor room. We have young children that could easily fall out had they pushed open one of them. The eggs were kind of gross. They didn't look or taste real.

The pool was surprisingly cool! The boys didn't seem to care but it wasn't comfortable!

Excellent - my only criticism would be the pool was a little too cold for the 5 year old but that wouldn't warrant giving it less than 5 stars.

The room was very clean. The overall hotel was quiet, even though there's a waterpark connected.

I didn't think breakfast was that great. The fruit was especially bad.

Wife always like Hampton inn. The clean bedding Is very nice.

Wish the pool was separate from the water park so we could swim.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The included breakfast was tasty and offered great variety (and the offering varied from day to day.

Two very minor quibbles, the hot tub was a bit too hot and the pool was a bit to cool.

Pleasant staff, clean hotel, comfortable & clean rooms

Although there is a water park, there is no pool. The kids don't want to constantly slide down the slides. They would like a pool to take breaks and just swim in. Also, most other indoor water places have hot tubs that the kids can go into also.

My ridiculous special request that I completely forgot until I entered the room was granted and that gave us both an awesome surprise when we walked into the room which made for a great start to our stay. Staff was nice and welcoming, had everything I needed right from the start.

Great location and hotel was over all clean

We were on a weekend getaway looking for peace and relaxation but the room above us had kids running around at all hours. Stomping their feet, jumping around- the parents had zero respect for the rooms aside them and ours below them. Also found long black hair in the bathroom and I'm a blonde :(
